Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Early Years Educator Level 3 to join our vibrant childcare team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and a strong commitment to nurturing young children's development. Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities that promote children's learning and development in line with early years frameworks.
- Supervise children during play, mealtimes, and organised activities, ensuring their safety at all times.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication skills.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and daily routines in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Support the implementation of behaviour management strategies that encourage positive behaviour.
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive environment that celebrates diversity.
- Lead by example in maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and organisation within the nursery setting.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the setting by participating in training sessions and team meetings.
Experience
- Proven experience working with children within a nursery or early years setting.
- Demonstrable management or leadership skills in an early childhood context.
- Strong knowledge of childcare practices, early childhood education principles, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience in childcare management or supervisory roles is advantageous.
- Valid driving licence preferred to support transport-related duties or outings.

Pay: £25,250.00-£27,000.00 per year
