We’re looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician to join our expanding team at Western Lettings.
You’ll be working as part of a supportive and experienced team, carrying out day-to-day repairs and maintenance across our managed residential properties throughout Glasgow and the surrounding area.
The work is varied, so no two days are the same. We’ll provide a company van, equipment and everything you need to carry out the role.
Key Responsibilities
- General property maintenance and repairs
- Basic joinery and carpentry repairs
- Minor plumbing and general handyman work
- Carrying out repairs within occupied and vacant residential properties
- Diagnosing maintenance issues and identifying appropriate solutions
- Communicating with tenants and our office team
- Keeping job records and updates accurate using our mobile systems
Essential
- Strong general property maintenance experience
- Good practical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using a smartphone and basic IT systems
- Well organised, reliable and punctual
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable
Experience in any of the following would be particularly beneficial:
- Painting and decorating
- Plastering
- Joinery/carpentry
- Minor plumbing
- Property refurbishment
- Experience working within residential lettings or property maintenance

Pay: £30,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
