Recruitment Process
Stage 1: CV Review
All applications will first be reviewed based on the applicant’s CV, experience, availability and suitability for the role.
Stage 2: Assessment Centre at our HQ
Shortlisted candidates will then be invited to attend an assessment centre at our Head Office. This will give us the opportunity to assess tutoring ability, communication skills, professionalism and overall suitability for working with students.

What We're Looking For:
- University Students: Must be currently enrolled at university and studying any subject.
- Passion for Education: A genuine interest in helping others learn and achieve.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively.
- Patience and Empathy: Understanding of student needs and ability to motivate and engage students of all levels.
- Subject Knowledge: Competence in Maths, English, or Science (experience with 11+ preparation is a plus but not required).
- Availability: Flexible evening and weekend hours.
