We are seeking a skilled and dependable Plumber/Estate Technician to join our team for numerous different sites in and around central London.
This role involves maintaining and repairing plumbing systems, performing general estate maintenance and repairs, and ensuring the smooth operation of property facilities.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude, experience with various tools and techniques, attention to detail and the ability to handle tasks safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
- Utilise hand tools, power tools, specialised tools to complete tasks effectively.
- Conduct general estate maintenance such as carpentry, assembly, and minor mechanical repairs.
- Carry out routine inspections to identify potential issues with plumbing or structural components.
- Assist with specialised tasks such as mechanical repairs when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in plumbing, carpentry, or mechanical maintenance is essential.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and assembly techniques.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with an understanding of plumbing systems.
- Experience with commercial driving is desirable but not mandatory.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driving license essential.

Pay: £25,516.38-£45,831.95 per year
