Nursery Practitioner (3 or 4 Days per Week, All Year Round)
We are currently seeking experienced, professional, and qualified Nursery Practitioners to join our friendly and dedicated team.
This position is available on a 3- or 4-day-per-week basis and is offered year-round (51 weeks per year). Our nursery operates between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, with both full-day and part-shift opportunities available:
- Full day shifts: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
- Morning shifts: 8:00 am – 1:00 pm
- Afternoon shifts: 1:00 pm – 6:00 pm
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year's experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
- Relevant childcare qualification
- Good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and child protection practices
- Ability to observe, assess, and support children's learning and development
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to use initiative and work independently when required
- Reliable, punctual, enthusiastic, and committed to providing high-quality childcare
