The Role
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Product Garment Technologist to join our growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to step up and broaden their role beyond traditional garment tech responsibilities, gaining exposure across product development, supplier management, quality assurance, and innovation.
You will work closely with our internal team, international suppliers, and external partners within our already developed and robust protocols to ensure products meet our standards from concept through to bulk production to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage technical packs, specs, and grading
- Lead the fit process, including sample reviews and supplier feedback
- Approve samples across all stages (proto, fit, PP, shipment)
- Support pre-production sign off and ensure readiness for bulk
- Work with suppliers to track and manage the critical path
- Assist in maintaining and improving product quality standards
- Review testing and support compliance with third-party partners
- Contribute to R&D and product development, including fabrics and construction
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a Garment Technologist or Assistant Garment Tech or similiar
- Strong understanding of garment construction and fit
- Confident communicating with suppliers and internal teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Organised, proactive, and solutions focused
- Keen to develop into a broader product-focused role
