Skilled Labourer – Extensions, Renovations & Refurbishments

We are a growing domestic building company specialising in high-quality home extensions, renovations, and refurbishments. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a reliable and experienced Skilled Labourer to join our team.
About the Role
You will be working on a variety of residential construction projects, supporting tradespeople and carrying out general building tasks to help deliver projects to a high standard. The role offers varied work and the opportunity to be part of a professional and friendly team.
Key Responsibilities
- General building and labouring duties
- Site preparation and maintenance
- Loading, unloading, and moving materials
- Supporting skilled trades including carpentry, brickwork, and plastering
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience working on residential building projects
- Must have a driving license and own transport
- Good understanding of construction site practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
