Are you organised, hands-on and passionate about presenting motorcycles at their absolute best? We're looking for a Motorcycle Preparation Coordinator to take ownership of our used Motorrad stock from purchase through to sale, ensuring every bike is prepared efficiently, photographed professionally and ready for its next owner.
This is a varied, practical role at the centre of our Motorrad operation. You'll coordinate the preparation journey for used motorcycles, maintain our high presentation standards and work closely with the Sales and Service teams to keep stock moving to deadline.

Organising and completing the timely preparation of all used Motorrad stock, from point of purchase to point of sale.

Appraising the bodywork condition of used motorcycles and promptly reporting scratches, dents or other damage.

Tracking used motorcycles through the preparation process and prioritising work for handovers, deliveries and demonstrations.

Taking high-quality photographs of completed motorcycles and uploading them to the manufacturer's web portal.

Preparing non-BMW Motorrad stock and arranging its advertising on Bike Trader.

Organising trade motorcycles at Yarnton and coordinating the timely movement of part-exchange bikes from Wolvercote to Yarnton.

Keeping the preparation area clean, tidy and safe, while ensuring equipment is maintained to recommended schedules.

Maintaining vehicle security and following all company Health & Safety procedures.

Working closely with the Sales Manager, Service Manager and wider team to deliver an efficient, professional service.

Supporting excellent customer satisfaction and escalating any customer concerns appropriately.
You'll be someone who takes real pride in the details, enjoys working as part of a team and can keep multiple bikes moving through a busy preparation process.

Eligibility to work in the UK.

£28,000 per annum, plus an OTE bonus of £3,600.
