The Role:
As a Retentions Advisor, you’ll play a key role in keeping customers engaged and satisfied. You’ll speak with customers who are considering leaving, understand their concerns, and deliver tailored solutions that highlight the value we offer.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Speaking with customers to understand why they’re considering leaving
- Using active listening and smart questioning to uncover their needs
- Offering personalised solutions that encourage customers to stay
- Showcasing the benefits of our services with confidence and clarity

- Strong communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport
- Excellent listening and questioning techniques
- A target-driven mindset with the ability to perform under pressure
- Confident phone manner and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for achieving and exceeding goals
Shifts change Bi-Weekly
- 9am-5pm week 1
- 11am-7pm Week 2
- 9am-5pm Week 3
- 11am-7pm Week 4
- (1 Saturday shift 10am-2pm every month)
