Introduction:
Are you an individual who loves to provide customers with a fantastic level of service? Here at Grade Mobile, we are looking for an experienced Customer Support Agent to join our growing team. We are an online refurbishing retailer with many services to offer. This is an exciting time to join Grade Mobile as we continue to expand and offer more services in the UK and Europe.
What does it involve:
- Taking calls and handling messages via email and various selling platforms from the public
- Greeting each customer with a warm and friendly welcome
- Using various systems to manage orders
- We offer many services, with more to come, so being able to multi-task and be organised is essential
- Collaborating with our internal teams, especially Development, to make sure communication is smooth and efficient
- The working hours are Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm
- The role is office based, in Cheriton – Folkestone
- Annual Salary: £20,500 - £24,000, dependant on previous experience
Qualifications:
- Previous experience with the Financial Conduct Authority
- Minimum 2 years of Customer Service/Sales/Support experience. Call centre/telephone experience is desirable
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Professional level of spoken and written English language is a must
