Duties
· Domestic work in social housing
· 1st and second fix in kitchens and bathrooms
· Working in void and tenanted properties
Qualifications and experience required.
· 18th edition
· Full Electrical College Qualifications i: e NVQ Level 3 and AM2
· ECS card
· Asbestos awareness (can be acquired)
· Testing & Inspection Qualification is also admirable but not necessary.
· Must have experience in domestic installation, social housing experience is admirable.
