Construo Recruitment is working with a well-established construction company to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor for projects across the North West. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team delivering a range of exciting schemes.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage project costs and budgets
Prepare valuations, variations, and final accounts
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and consultants
Monitor financial progress and risk
Ensure cost control from pre-construction through to completion
Requirements:
Experience in a Quantity Surveyor role within construction
Strong knowledge of construction contracts (JCT/NEC)
Excellent communication and commercial skills
Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
Ability to work both independently and within a team
