Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Location: Reading
Salary: £24,000-£26,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission
Year 1 earnings will be £30,000 to £55,000 depending on performance

The Role: As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for learning and managing the full recruitment process, including:
- Business development and generating new clients.
- Building relationships with healthcare providers.
- Interviewing and supporting candidates.
- Matching candidates to suitable vacancies.
- Negotiating offers and managing placements.
- Working towards daily, weekly and monthly KPIs.
