We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organisation within various settings, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and guests. Duties
- Clean and sanitise designated areas.
- Change bed linens and replenish supplies such as toiletries and towels
- Perform general tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Assist with specialised cleaning tasks as required, including deep cleans or specialised treatments
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest or client requests courteously and efficiently
- Follow health and safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hotel, or commercial cleaning is highly desirable
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment and chemicals
- Experience in hospitality or customer service roles is advantageous
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends if required
This role requires a proactive approach to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be organised, reliable, and committed to delivering exceptional service in a professional setting.
Applicants must live locally or have their own form of transport and be available weekends in addition to weekdays
Pay: £12.71 per hour
