Job Summary
HausIN Facilites Management are looking for professional individuals to join a growing team of tradespeople carrying out reactive and planned repairs for social landlords. The role would suit a driven individual looking to grow with the company - management positions available as we expand the team and area coverage.

You will be responsible for attending reactive maintenance and repair work as well as planned works, booked into your diary by head office. To provide a high quality finish and ensure customer satisfaction. You may visit sites/properties with vulnerable residents and be met by care workers to provide access.
Duties to include: First and second fix plumbing, emergency repairs, reactive and planned maintenance work. General joinery repairs. 5 day working week.

What we ask of you:
- Proven experience as a Multi Trade Operative or in a similar role is required.
- Minimum of level NVQ level 2 in an associated building trade
- A full UK driving licence held for at least 1 year.
- Be able to demonstrate a high level of customer care.
- A proficient level of health and safety awareness and working knowledge
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, as you will sometimes be working within vulnerable settings
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations relevant to plumbing work.
