George & Dragon was one of Clerkenwell's original gastropubs, famed for its tiled interior, acclaimed food and legendary Sunday lunches. This year, we're bringing it back — renovated, reopened, and ready for its next chapter.
Downstairs: great pub food, quality drinks and warm, proper hospitality in a stunning grade 2 listed building. Upstairs: our sister restaurant Island, bringing Michelin-recommended dining under the same roof. Two teams, one address — and we're hiring for the pub floor.
We're looking for FOH staff who:
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Are just as happy behind the bar as on the floor
- Want to help build something from day one

Pay: £14.00-£17.00 per hour
