Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all bar activities, ensuring smooth operation during shifts
- Lead and motivate bartenders and support staff to deliver outstanding service with enthusiasm
- Oversee bar maintenance and prep to ensure quality standards
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper food safety and hygiene practices are followed
- Assist in serving guests promptly while creating a lively, welcoming atmosphere
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards
- Train new team members on safe service, drinks service standards, cocktail preparation, customer service techniques, and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Proven supervising or management experience within restaurant or hospitality settings
- Strong background in food production, cooking, serving, and food preparation
- Experience working in a restaurant or kitchen environment with culinary knowledge
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in hospitality environments
- Previous barista experience or familiarity with beverage crafting is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
