Love music? Great at keeping people and plans organised? Join our small, friendly team at the Music for Schools Foundation, a national charity that's been getting children playing brass and woodwind instruments in primary schools for over 30 years.
What you'll do:
- Organise lesson enrolments, timetables and tutor schedules
- Be the day-to-day point of contact for our tutors and schools
- Handle enquiries from parents and schools, keep records up to date
- Help recruit, onboard and support new tutors
- Pitch in on wider admin as our small team needs it
What you'll bring:
- Strong organisation and time management
- Clear, friendly communication, you'll be talking to tutors, schools and parents every day
- Solid admin experience
- A team player attitude
- We'd love it if you play an instrument or have a music background
Hybrid working:
This role is based at our Burton-upon-Trent office, with hybrid working flexibility once you're settled in. Office days will be agreed with you individually, but you'll need to be within reasonable travelling distance of Burton, as time together in the office matters for a team our size. Your first few weeks will be full-time in the office while you're training.
Why join us:
- Small, friendly, supportive team
- Real variety, no two days are the same
- Work that matters, you'll help thousands of children learn an instrument
- Room to grow as we do (we've just launched Windstars, our new programme for younger children)
