Job Description
An opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Interior Designer/Sales Support individual to join our small but busy & motivated team based at our Grantham Office.
Main Purpose of role:
- As our Interior Designer you will be responsible for the design proposals for all potential future projects as well as assisting the Project’s team with specific project detail drawings.
- Working alongside the Sales Director to produce innovative and efficient working environments for our broad range of clients and sector’s.
- Identifying ways in which the designs produced can be better presented and improved along with highlighting any potential new software systems to help achieve this.
- Assist with preparing accurate costings & presentation documents for the proposed projects.
Key Accountabilities:
- Identifying and ensuring that the appropriate quality, health & safety, building regulations etc elements of our designs are compliant at all stages
- Attending client meetings to discuss scheme details and implement these needs into the design process
- Completing site surveys where required to accurately survey/measure sites to enable full and accurate project design drawings
- Assist with the detailed costings required for the relevant design produced
- Work alongside the Project’s team to assist with producing the installation teams specific drawings
- Knowledge management – Ensuring that key information and learning generated from each design is stored within the business to ensure future project designs benefit from this experience

Pay: £27,500.00-£37,500.00 per year
