What You'll Be Doing
As an Early Years Practitioner, you'll help create a safe, nurturing and inspiring environment where children can learn through play, build confidence and develop a lifelong love of learning.
You'll:
- Build warm, trusting relationships with children and families.
- Deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences.
- Support each child's individual development.
- Follow the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures.
- Work alongside a friendly, supportive team that genuinely helps one another.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Holds a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification.
- Has experience working in a nursery, preschool or childcare setting (preferred).
- Has a good understanding of EYFS and safeguarding.
- Is caring, reliable and positive.
- Loves working as part of a team.
- Wants to be somewhere they can stay, grow and feel valued.
