Key Responsibilities:
- Access Control: Manage and monitor access to the business park.
- Patrols: Conduct regular security patrols to ensure the safety and security of the premises.
- Administrative Duties: Complete necessary administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
Shift Details:
- Roster: 4 on 4 off schedule, consisting of 2 days and 2 nights.
- Shift Length: Each shift is 12 hours.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of security guard experience, preferably in gatehouse security.
- Licensing: Valid SIA licence (Security Guard or Door Supervisor).
- Verification: Ability to provide 5 years of employment verification.
- Reliability: Must demonstrate excellent time management skills and dependability.
- Independence: Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
- Customer Service: Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with visitors and staff.
- Communication: Proficiency in speaking and writing in English.
- Transport: Must have own transport due to limited public transport options.
