The Warehouse Packer is responsible for accurately preparing, packing, and dispatching customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role ensures products are handled safely, labelled correctly, and shipped on time to maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Pack, and prepare customer orders according to company standards
- Check items for damage and accuracy before packing
- Use packing materials appropriately to protect goods during transit
- Label and seal packages correctly for dispatch
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working area
- Follow all warehouse procedures
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (trolleys, pallet trucks, scanners)
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets
- Report damaged stock, shortages, or errors to management
- Comply with all health and safety regulations
Skills & Requirements
- Good attention to detail

- Basic numeracy and literacy skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Reliable, punctual, and team-focused
- Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not essential
