We’re Hiring: Community Sports Coach / Sports Coach Coordinator

Young Elite Management is a growing sports mentoring organisation dedicated to combining talent with guidance and opportunity. We work with young people across London to identify potential, provide structured coaching pathways, and offer powerful mentoring that supports both athletic and personal growth.
We are now seeking a passionate Community Sports Coach/Coach Coordinator to join our team and support our community outreach and athlete development programs.
About the Role
As our Community Sports Coach Coordinator, you will deliver high-quality coaching sessions, support talent identification, and play a key role in mentoring young athletes. You will collaborate with our management team to build community connections, run outreach initiatives, and support young players in their focus on both sporting and personal development.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver coaching sessions to young athletes in community settings.
Evaluate performance and provide constructive, motivating feedback.
Develop personalised improvement plans for individuals and groups.
Support outreach programmes to identify new talent within the community.
Communicate instructions clearly and demonstrate activities effectively.
Encourage skill progression, discipline, confidence, and resilience.
Provide general lifestyle advice, including nutrition, sleep, and wellbeing.
Collaborate with physiotherapists, nutritionists, and other specialists.
Promote safeguarding, health, and safety at all times.
Support the organisation of events, competitions, and recruitment drives.
Act as a positive role model for behaviour, focus, and personal development.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience coaching young people (football or other sports).
Strong communication and motivational skills.
Ability to adapt coaching style to suit different ages and abilities.
Knowledge of fitness, injury prevention, and basic sports psychology.
Passion for community engagement and youth mentoring.
Reliable, proactive, and committed to supporting young athletes.
A positive, professional role model with strong interpersonal skills.
(Coaching qualifications are desirable but not essential if you have strong practical experience.)
