Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head Waitress/Head Waiter to lead our front-of-house team in delivering exceptional guest service. Our waiters are warm, genuine and enthusiastic - hospitality, ownership and passion are key to our values.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly and manage reservations to optimise seating arrangements
- Upsell menu items to maximise sales opportunities while providing excellent guest service
- Train, mentor, and motivate junior waiters to uphold service excellence and professionalism
- Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly, aiming for swift resolution and guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area in compliance with health and safety regulation
- Attend and lead trainings
Experience
- Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant settings, ideally in supervisory roles such as head waiter/waitress or supervisor
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation and serving
- Experience in guest services, with excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy service periods, demonstrating organisational skills and leadership qualities

Pay: £16.50-£18.00 per hour
