Job Title: FOH Barista / Waiter
Opening times: Mon-Fri 8am-4pm
Weekends 9am-4pm
Archie’s is a buzzy neighbourhood cafe, bar and event space in Archway and we are looking for a excellent waiting staff who care about their customers and community. Coffee skills are also useful. We are looking for passionate, driven front-of-house waiting staff and baristas to join our team and grow with us.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has experience in a similar front-of-house or customer-facing role.
- Has significant barista experience.
- Brings a friendly, positive, can-do attitude.
- Works well under pressure in a fast-paced café/bar setting.
- Is proactive, punctual, and a real team player.
- Is excited by quality food, coffee, and great service.

Monday-Friday 8am to 4pm
Sat / Sunday - 9am - 4pm

Responsibilities
- Greet and serve customers with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages, adhering to food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area.
- Manage cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Provide excellent guest services, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
