We are now looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Assistant Move Manager to join our team in Guildford.
The Sales Assistant Move Manager will be responsible to develop and secure profitable work from the management of various telephone, online, and direct enquiries and to oversee specific Sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- To plan and manage all sales opportunities that are assigned to the Sales Executives and to place the Company in the best position to secure the opportunity.
- To be responsible for the attainment and targets revenue and margin specific accounts set by the Company.
- Assistance with File case handling, assisting with the day-to-day control with individual files, processing of invoices and payments through in-house database.
- To maintain good working relationships with all sales opportunities and customers.
- To communicate, liaise and negotiate internal and external using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships
- To attend training and to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills
- Filing duties relevant to the smooth running of the department, adhere to the Health and Safety Policy and other requirements relating to care of equivalent.
- Ensure compliance with oneself with defined Quality Systems, Policies & Procedures pertinent to the various ISO qualifications.
- Any other duties that may be requested by Management.
Essential
- Sales support experience 1-3 years
- Customer relationship management
- Administrative experience
- Computer literate: CRM system, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Database management
