We are looking to hire a Client Services Manager / Account Director, to join our Client Services Team to work on several large-scale accounts, with a specific focus on digital signage installations throughout the UK, whilst focusing on client account management, development and growth.
Pixel Inspiration are digital media solutions agency, providing instore retail installations throughout the UK, Europe and as far as Australia.
You will be expected to work with various contractors and suppliers to build a working relationship that ensures we work within a precise schedule of works and deliver a digital installation to the highest standard.
You will also build client relationships within the marketing and project teams to receive briefs and deliver fresh digital installations, with sites throughout the UK and Europe. This can involve participation in the store design and overall customer experience so you must have the ability to manage your own workload and report to management daily and weekly. Flexibility is paramount as deadlines can change quickly.
Absolute essentials for this role are:
· Excellent written and oral communication with the ability to present to a large audience / brand agency
· Experience with managing and communicating to key stakeholders
· Enthusiasm for technology and how it can help deliver value into retail organisations
· Experience with studio production and digital asset creation, with the ability to direct creative
· Attention to detail
· Proficiency with Word, Excel & Power point
· Proficiency in finance and commercial understanding
· Demonstrate excellent organisation skills and the ability to prioritise and multi-task in a busy paced team
· Managing and delivering multiple project deliveries alongside leading long-term strategy
· Flexible and able to travel to accommodate the client’s requirements, including working remotely at Client HO’s
Desirable for this role:
· Passion for branding and creative development through concept to production
· A creative eye and flair (you may have a portfolio to share)
· Design or advertising background in digital is preferred
· Experience with content management web-based systems
· Experience working within retail store design
· Understanding and interest in retail trading
· A friendly and open personality, with the ability to adjust to different settings
· A quick learner and team player
No sales experience is required but at least 3 years’ digital marketing and 3 years’ client service / digital project management experience is essential.
You'll join a highly experienced and motivated client services team, who have the support of some of the best graphics and technical teams you'll find.

1. Laura Mcguckian – Head of Client Services for all aspects of supporting the department
The role is specifically required to manage several large key accounts, from concept through design, to installation, and post installation for managed service and creative services. You must have the ability to manage your own workload and report to management daily and weekly. Flexibility is paramount as Pixel have over 70 key clients based throughout the UK and Europe, this is not, a purely office-based role, travel and working out of the office is required.
As a fast-paced agency, we expect you to hit the ground running and develop the role in line with business needs under- taking related duties as required.
The company will provide you with training and access to all systems, for you to achieve the level of competency required.

Package
From £30,000 to £35,000 Salary p/a depending on previous experience.
Quarterly and annual bonus scheme
25 days holiday p.a (with the option to purchase up to 5 more) additional 0.5 added each year to a maximum of 27.5 days

Hybrid Working
Staff are requested to be in the office on Mondays and Wednesday’s and given the option to work remote or in the office the remaining days in the week, in line with agreements from your line manager.
