We are seeking a professional and dedicated Spa/ Beauty Therapist to join our brand new luxury day spa (opening May 2026).
Our successful candidate will be welcomed into our wonderful close knit team, in of the most beautiful day spas in Yorkshire.
Candidates must be enthusiastic, positive, and nurturing people who thrive on creating moments that guests will remember long after they leave.
Duties
- To be responsible for delivery of outstanding treatment experiences for our guests, providing a warm, consistent and welcoming service.
- To offer homecare and skincare advice through the recommendation of products.
- Perform a variety of treatments including massages, facials, body therapies, and specialised skincare procedures. Previous experince is essential.
- Provide personalised advice on skincare routines and product recommendations.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in treatment rooms and equipment.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring clients feel valued and comfortable throughout their visit.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences, offering tailored treatment plans.
- Keep accurate records of treatments provided and client preferences in accordance with spa policies.
- Promote retail products to enhance client satisfaction and support the spa’s business objectives.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, techniques, and products through continuous professional development.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Spa or Beauty Therapist or in a similar role within the beauty or wellness industry.
- Excellent customer service skills with a warm, friendly approach.
- Strong communication skills in English to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends or evenings.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in massage therapy, beauty therapy, or related fields such as NVQ Level 3, BTEC in Beauty Therapy etc.
- A professional attitude with attention to detail and high standards of hygiene and safety.

Pay: £12.21-£15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 38.0 per week
