Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of hairdressing services including cutting, colouring, styling, and treatments with precision and creativity.
- Assist clients in selecting suitable hairstyles and colour options based on their preferences and facial features.
- Manage front desk duties including greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and maintaining an organised booking system.
- Upsell additional products and services to maximise client experience and salon revenue.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and organisation within the salon environment.
- Stay informed about current trends, techniques, and product knowledge to provide innovative services.
Experience
- A minimum of 4 years experience required.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanour capable of building rapport with clients.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively advise clients and work collaboratively with team members.
- Experience in mentoring or training junior staff is desirable but not mandatory.
Pay: £120.00-£300.00 per day
