Brunch Server / Brunch Team Member – Kuckoo Chester

The Role
As a Brunch Server / Brunch Team Member, you’ll be a key part of delivering our legendary brunch experience. This is a flexible, multi-skilled role where duties are assigned based on service needs and team strengths.
Depending on the shift, you may be:
- Hosting tables, guiding guests through the brunch and cocktail menus, and delivering drinks with pace and personality
- Supporting the bar as a bar back, clearing and polishing glassware, restocking ice, fruit and bar essentials
- Running food and pizza from the kitchen to the floor, ensuring dishes land quickly and correctly
- Supporting the kitchen and chef with prep, plating assistance and keeping service flowing
- Keeping the venue clean, organised and service-ready throughout brunch
No two services are the same, and teamwork is everything.
What You Bring
- A passion for hospitality and guest experience
- High energy with a positive, can-do attitude
- Confidence working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Willingness to learn multiple roles and jump in where needed
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Previous bar, floor, food or hospitality experience is preferred, but not essential
