Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Cleaner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Your enthusiasm and dedication will ensure that our facilities meet high standards of cleanliness, contributing to a positive experience for staff and visitors alike. This position offers fixed hours 4-6pm Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and high-touch surfaces regularly to promote hygiene and safety.
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste responsibly in designated areas.
- Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure all areas are serviced efficiently.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and notify supervisors when supplies need replenishing.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to safety protocols.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality cleanliness standards.
- Good physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that involve standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment.
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned duties within scheduled shifts.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude toward teamwork and customer service.
