South Wales Express Couriers are currently recruiting reliable and motivated self-employed owner van delivery drivers to join our growing team delivering parcels across the Barry area.
This role offers consistent daily work, competitive earnings, and the opportunity to work with a supportive and professional courier team.
As a delivery driver, you will be responsible for delivering parcels to residential and business addresses using a delivery app and pre-planned routes.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete 130–140 delivery stops per day
- Load, transport and deliver parcels safely and efficiently
- Use a smartphone delivery app for route navigation and delivery updates
- Maintain a professional and friendly attitude with customers
- Ensure parcels are delivered on time and handled with care
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence (maximum 6 penalty points)
- Access to a smartphone (iOS or Android)
- Good communication and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Must be self-employed and responsible for own tax and National Insurance
- Own MWB/LWB Van Required.
Pay & Benefits
- Monday to Saturday work available (6 days per week)
- Weekly payments (2 weeks in arrears)
