Hybrid Role – Community Based + Office Coordination
Are you an experienced care professional who loves working with people but is ready to take the next step into leadership, quality and coordination?
At Silverstars Care, we are looking for an exceptional Senior Care Field Coordinator to become an important link between our clients, care team and office.
This is not a desk-only coordinator role.
You will remain visible in the community, supporting clients and carers while also taking responsibility for ensuring that the care we provide remains safe, responsive, compassionate and of the highest standard.
Your role will include:
- Supporting clients with hands-on care when required
- Staff spot checks, supervisions & competency observations
- Client reviews and reassessments
- Supporting new care package starts
- Monitoring quality and identifying changes in clients’ needs
- Supporting carers in the community
- Helping coordinate rotas and emergency cover
- Troubleshooting day-to-day issues in the field
- Liaising with families, professionals and the office team
- Participating in the on-call rota
We’re looking for someone who:
✔ Has strong experience in domiciliary/community care
✔ Is ready to progress from Senior Carer/Team Leader level
✔ Can confidently lead and support others
✔ Is organised, reliable and calm under pressure
✔ Has excellent communication and problem-solving skills
✔ Holds a full UK driving licence
