About the Role
Stirling has a strong mix of commercial services, project based organisations, and growing businesses, and at Aljazira Projects and Commercial Services we support reliable contract administration, supplier coordination, and project delivery across a range of business activities.
We are looking for a Contracts Coordinator who can help manage contract documentation, monitor key deadlines, support supplier communication, and keep commercial records accurate and up to date.
You will work closely with project, procurement, finance, and operations teams to help ensure agreements are properly documented, actions are followed through, and contract related information is easy to access.

Key Responsibilities
Contract Administration: Maintain contract records, supporting documents, amendments, renewal dates, and key commercial information.
Document Coordination: Organise agreements, approvals, correspondence, certificates, and other contract related documentation.
Deadline Tracking: Monitor contract milestones, renewal dates, expiry dates, and outstanding actions and follow up where required.
Supplier Coordination: Communicate with suppliers and service providers regarding documentation, contract requirements, and routine queries.
Project Support: Work with project teams to ensure contract information and supporting records are available throughout delivery.
Commercial Support: Assist with preparing contract summaries, basic reports, purchase information, and supporting documentation for internal review.
Record Management: Maintain accurate digital files and ensure contract information is stored consistently and securely.
Process Improvement: Identify practical ways to improve contract tracking, document control, and communication processes.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in contracts administration, procurement support, project coordination, commercial administration, or a closely related role.
Contract Awareness: Good understanding of business agreements, document control, renewal dates, supplier records, and routine contract administration.
Organisation: Strong planning skills with the ability to manage multiple contracts, deadlines, documents, and stakeholder requests at the same time.
Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills with confidence working with suppliers, internal teams, and external contacts.
Attention to Detail: Able to review documents carefully, maintain accurate records, and identify missing or inconsistent information.
Commercial Awareness: Comfortable working with pricing information, supplier documentation, service terms, and basic contract requirements.
Tools: Experience with Microsoft Office, document management systems, procurement software, or contract tracking platforms is preferred.
Mindset: You are organised, accurate, and dependable. You take ownership of contract records, communicate clearly, and stay focused on keeping commercial information complete, current, and easy to manage.
Pay: £2,600.00-£3,100.00 per month
