Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an outstanding patient experience from start to finish
- Welcome patients with warmth, professionalism, and care
- Dispense a wide range of lenses, from single vision to premium varifocals
- Explain lens options and products confidently to meet individual patient needs
- Carry out pre-screening to a high clinical standard
- Book and manage appointments both in person and over the telephone
- Understand and follow NHS procedures
- Provide accurate frame fitting, adjustments, and exceptional aftercare
- Handle patient enquiries and resolve concerns with confidence and empathy
- Support practice growth by building lasting patient relationships
- Work collaboratively to maintain a positive and efficient practice environment
