We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and customer-focused Retail Supervisor to join our friendly community pharmacy team.
As Retail Supervisor, you will play an important role in delivering an excellent customer experience, supporting the pharmacy team and ensuring the retail area operates efficiently and professionally.
Key responsibilities
● Supervise and support the day-to-day running of the pharmacy retail area
● Lead, motivate and support the wider retail team
● Deliver excellent customer service and build positive relationships with patients and customers
● Maintain high standards of presentation, merchandising, stock control and cleanliness
● Monitor stock levels, deliveries, ordering and replenishment
● Support sales targets and promotional activity
● Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally
● Ensure company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements are followed
● Support the Pharmacy Manager and wider pharmacy team as required
About you
We are looking for someone who is:
● Experienced in a retail or supervisory role, ideally within a pharmacy, healthcare or similar environment
● Friendly, approachable and confident when dealing with customers
● An effective communicator and team player
● Well organised, reliable and able to prioritise
● Comfortable taking responsibility and leading by example
● Commercially aware with a strong focus on customer service
● Passionate about supporting the local community
Pharmacy or healthcare retail experience is desirable, but we welcome applications from strong retail supervisors with transferable skills.
