Job Overview
Full Send Racing Lounge is looking for a new staff member to run their Gunwharf Quays venue day to day, support with hosting events
Duties (include but not limited to) -
● Deliver an extraordinary and very enjoyable customer experience at all times
● Have a happy and positive demeanour, with excellent Communication skills - verbal and written
● Give focused customer service to build customer retention
● Host all of our events, including walk-ins, bookings from 1-8 people for open practice or up to 24 people in a group event, alongside other senior team members
● Setting up different events using VMS (venue management system) and RFactor2
● Being able to prioritise, time manage, and work independently, as well as within a team environment are essential and of key importance.
● Take online and in person bookings
● Respond to telephone calls, customer emails and gift card requests
- Keeping the venue clean and looking smart
● Ensure each event is paid for in full before the customer’s event has finished
● Provide driving tips and insights to help our customers improve driver success.
● Customers come to you to educate them on service details and you are excited to make suggestions to fit their needs.
● Sorting Technical issues on the PC’s and Simulators.
Full Send Racing Lounge provides full training for this role - In both technical skills and application as well as expectations in customer facing presentation.
Candidate requirements
Essential:
● Aged 18yrs and over
● Self-motivation, enthusiasm & willingness to learn.
● Excellent time management and organisational skills
● Able to multitask in a fast pace environment
● Positive attitude and the ability to think quickly and calmly under pressure.
● Confident Customer Service skills
● Able to liaise professionally with colleagues and customers at all times
- Dressed professionally in provided team wear
● Have a good knowledge of motorsport and a passion for racing
● Good level of computer literacy and able to use Microsoft Windows, as well as solve basic PC problems.
● Understand the process of updating a PC
● Demonstrate proficiency in playing car racing games
● Possess cleanliness habits and some knowledge of proper cleaning techniques
Nice to have but not essential -
Any esports events experience
Previous Racing simulator knowledge
Hours of work - Maximum of 20hrs a week, flexible over weekdays, evenings and weekends on a zero hour contract
Notice Period - 1 Week each way
Probation - 1 month
Reporting to - Founder - Felix Baggott

It would be a maximum of 20 hrs per week but on a zero hour contract.
Pay: £10.00-£12.21 per hour
