Location: Purity Brewing Company, Alcester
Salary: From £27,500 per year
Hours: 40 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Rotating mornings, afternoons and nights, with occasional weekend working as required

We're looking for a Shift Brewer to join our production team. You'll work alongside our experienced brewers, learning every stage of the brewing process while helping us produce consistently high-quality beer in a safe, efficient and quality-focused environment.

What you'll be doing
As a Shift Brewer, you'll play an important role in the day-to-day brewing operation by:
- Operating brewing, fermentation and cellar processes.
- Monitoring brewing activities to ensure product quality and consistency.
- Carrying out quality checks, sampling and recording production data accurately.
- Cleaning and sanitising brewing equipment using CIP (Cleaning in Place) systems.
- Operating production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Supporting packaging and other production activities when required.
- Assisting with stock management of raw materials and brewing consumables.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and reporting any operational issues.
- Following all Health & Safety, Food Safety and Quality procedures.
- Working closely with colleagues to keep production running smoothly.
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and a passion for producing quality products. Brewing experience is welcome, but it's not essential.
Essential
- Willingness to work a rotating shift pattern.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
- Physically capable of working in a production environment.
- Good numeracy and record-keeping skills.
- Flexible, reliable and positive approach to work.
Desirable
- Previous brewing experience.
- Experience in food manufacturing, beverage production, FMCG or another manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of brewing processes, fermentation and cellar operations.
- FLT licence.
- Food Hygiene qualification.
- Experience working with HACCP and quality management systems.
