Highland High Ropes is opening soon, and we're looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and hands on High Ropes Team Leader to help launch our brand new, purpose built adventure attraction in the heart of Perthshire.
As we prepare to welcome our very first guests, we're looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and inspiring High Ropes Team Leader to become part of our founding team.
This is more than just a job. It's an opportunity to shape the future of Highland High Ropes from day one, helping to create the culture, the guest experience and the reputation of one of Scotland's newest outdoor adventure attractions.
While Highland High Ropes is a brand new venture, you'll be joining an established business. We're proud to be part of Highland Offroad and Land Rover Experience Scotland, with over 30 years of experience delivering exceptional outdoor experiences.
What we're looking for:
- Someone who loves working outdoors
- A head for heights
- A confident leader who enjoys motivating people
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Positive, proactive and ready to get stuck in
High ropes experience is desirable but not essential. Full training will be provided, so if you have the right attitude and leadership qualities, we'll give you everything you need to succeed.
What you'll get:
- £29,119.33 per year, plus pension and access to our Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) bonus scheme
- Full time permanent position, working 5 days out of 7
