Natural Stone Surfaces are a leading fabricator of stone worktops. We are based in Chapel en le Frith and cover the whole of the UK. Due to continued growth we are looking to recruit additional Trainee Stone Installers to support our installation teams from our Wolverhampton site. The role will support our Central Fitting teams and as such will report daily to our Wolverhampton depot prior to installing in customer homes on a daily basis. There is a clear career progression plan that offers opportunity for increased skill set and increased earnings up to £15.00 per hour.
Job Description
- Support fitters on installations
- Use hand tools and equipment to support installs
- Drive the company vehicles
- Ensure correct finished goods are loaded in to correct delivery vehicles
- Manual handling of the stone products
- Communicate with customers in a professional manner
- Work to health and safety guidelines at all times
- Able to work well under pressure
- Able to work well within a team
- Support other team members as required
- Other duties as required, including labouring in our yard & workshop
Full, clean driving license is necessary, with a minimum 2 years driving experience. This is a genuine requirement of the role.
