Job Summary
Established in 2006, Miles Better Vehicle Solutions is an award-winning, BSI accredited, manufacturer approved accident repair centre based in Woking. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled full time bodyshop panel technician to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring vehicle panels to their original condition with precision and care. Your expertise will ensure that each vehicle is returned to its owner safely and to the highest quality standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your technical skills and attention to detail make a real difference.
Duties
- Carry out vehicle dismantling and reassembly
- Repair accident-damaged vehicles to original manufacturer standards
- Remove dents and scratches, repair panels and address corrosion
- Work closely with Vehicle Damage Assessors to identify and report all damage
- Uphold manufacturer and BSI 10125 standards
- Good accuracy with paperwork and job cards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times
Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Panel Technician
- ATA or NVQ qualification desirable but not essential
- Strong technical ability and pride in quality workmanship
- Maintain high attention to detail and quality control
Pay: £46,000.00-£52,000.00 per year
