Associate Dentist – Whitland Dental Co
Are you a passionate clinician looking for a supportive, high-tech environment where you can focus on quality over quantity? Whitland Dental Co is seeking a motivated Associate Dentist to join our premier team, on the border of Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a clinician who is committed to clinical excellence and professional growth. Whitland Dental Co is a boutique private practice that prides itself on a patient-centric approach. You will be assigned a stable Denplan Essentials list alongside a growing private patient base, offering a seamless transition into a practice where patient relationships and high-end restorative work are the priority.
Why Join Whitland Dental Co?
At Whitland Dental Co, we believe that a dentist can only perform their best work when they have the best tools and a low-stress environment. We have moved away from the "high-volume" model to create a refined, professional atmosphere.
- Investment in Technology: We have embraced a fully digital workflow to enhance the patient experience. Our surgery is equipped with digital X-rays for instant diagnostics and a high-spec intraoral scanner, allowing for high-precision restorative work and better patient education.
- A Brand New Surgery: You will work in a stunning, newly commissioned surgery designed with both ergonomics and aesthetics in mind. It is a space designed to be as comfortable for the clinician as it is for the patient.
- The Belmont Eurus S6 Chair and X-ray: This top-of-the-line equipment provides unparalleled patient comfort and ergonomic support for the dentist, ensuring your long-term physical well-being.
- Clinical Excellence: We provide Rotary Endodontics and Venus Art as standard, ensuring you have the precision tools necessary for high-quality root canal treatments and cosmetic work. We also utilize high-spec computers and digital photography in every surgery to ensure your software and imaging run seamlessly.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality private dental care, including preventative, restorative, and cosmetic treatments.
- Manage and grow a loyal Denplan and private patient base.
- Utilize our digital workflow (Scanners and Digital X-rays) to enhance treatment outcomes and patient "buy-in."
- Maintain accurate, contemporary dental records using our latest software systems (Dentally & Dentally Vision).
- Collaborate with our skilled dental nurses and administrative team to maintain our practice standards.
Requirements
- GDC Registration and a track record of delivering high-quality private dentistry.
- A commitment to continuing professional development (CPD) and a desire to stay at the forefront of digital dentistry.
- A friendly, ethical, and sophisticated chairside manner that aligns with our boutique brand.
- Experience with (or a willingness to learn) digital scanning and modern rotary systems.
