Salary: £25,000 per annum
Performance Bonus: £1,000 for every additional 5,000 active paying members achieved.

The Streetwise Intelligence Group (TSIG) is looking for an exceptional, creative and highly motivated individual to become the Founding Membership & Content Executive for one of our most exciting new projects.
This is not a role where you will inherit an existing publication or membership platform.
Instead, you will have the unique opportunity to help create, launch, build and grow the Streetwise Report & Members Intelligence Centre from the ground up.

The Streetwise Report & Members Intelligence Centre is a subscription-based membership service designed to provide members with valuable intelligence, guidance and exclusive content.

Your Role
This will become your project.
Working closely with the founders, you will help shape almost every aspect of the Streetwise Report & Members Intelligence Centre.
You won’t simply maintain it—you’ll help build it.
You will play a key role in creating the publication, developing the membership experience, producing valuable content and helping grow a thriving online community.
Your Responsibilities
You will:
* Help design, create and launch the Streetwise Report & Members Intelligence Centre.
* Develop the structure, style and presentation of the monthly Streetwise Report.
* Produce engaging, accurate and informative monthly reports.
* Create and manage the Members Intelligence Centre.
* Build and continuously expand the Knowledge Library.
* Manage the Ask An Expert section.
* Respond professionally to member enquiries.
* Create engaging social media content promoting the Report.
* Produce teaser content for newsletters, social media and the FashMod Podcast.
* Help grow the membership community through creative marketing ideas.
* Analyse member engagement and recommend improvements.
* Continuously improve the quality and value of the membership offering.
* Work closely with the wider TSIG team to develop new ideas, features and member benefits.
The Person We’re Looking For
You are likely to be:
* Highly organised.
* An excellent writer with exceptional attention to detail.
* Creative and full of ideas.
* Passionate about producing high-quality content.
* Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity and content quality.
* Confident using social media professionally.
* Self-motivated and proactive.
* Someone who enjoys creating and building rather than simply maintaining.
* Excited by working within an ambitious and fast-growing start-up.
Desirable Skills
Experience in one or more of the following would be advantageous:
* Content creation
* Editorial or publishing
* Journalism
* Newsletter production
* Community management
* Email marketing
* Canva or similar design software
* Social media management
* CRM systems
* Analytics and reporting
Salary & Rewards
* £25,000 per annum.
