Sales Executive – Training Included
We are seeking enthusiastic people to join our sales team based in Cardiff, representing well-known client campaigns and speaking directly with customers. No previous sales background is necessary, as comprehensive training and continued support will be provided.
This customer-focused position involves face-to-face, door-to-door sales in residential communities throughout Cardiff and nearby areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Speak with prospective customers at their homes in designated residential locations.
- Represent clients professionally and promote their campaigns.
- Develop valuable communication, sales and customer service abilities.
- Aim to achieve personal sales goals while supporting overall team success.
- Take part in daily meetings, training and coaching at the Cardiff office before travelling to allocated areas.
Ideal Candidate
- Comfortable and confident interacting with people in person.
- Enthusiastic, driven and eager to improve.
- Dependable and capable of working well as part of a team.
- Experience in sales is not required.
- Must have the legal right to work in the UK.

Position Information
- Self-employed role.
- Weekly paid, uncapped commission based on performance.
- Availability required for at least four full days per week, Monday to Saturday.
