30-40 hours per week with 1 in 4 Saturdays.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Assist with filling out necessary paperwork and obtaining patient information
- Maintain accurate records of client and patient information in the practice management system
- Collect payments for services rendered and provide receipts to clients
- Provide general information about veterinary services and answer basic questions from clients
- Assist veterinary staff with handling and restraining animals as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Skills:
- Previous experience working in a veterinary clinic or animal-related field is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
- Proficient in using computer systems and software, including practice management systems
- Knowledge of basic veterinary terminology and procedures
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
