Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring timely delivery to enhance guest satisfaction
- Serve drinks responsibly, adhering to all food safety and alcohol serving regulations
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, bar area, and service stations to uphold hygiene standards
- Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently using effective time management skills
- Handle cash transactions accurately using basic math skills for billing and change calculation
- Follow all food safety protocols and health regulations to ensure a safe environment for everyone
Experience
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is required; enthusiasm and professionalism is key
- Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol serving practices is advantageous
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a cheerful attitude
- Basic math proficiency for handling payments accurately
- Excellent time management skills to balance multiple tables or bar responsibilities effectively
