We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and motivated Outbound Telesales Lead Generator to join our growing renewable energy team.

As an Outbound Telesales Lead Generator, you will be responsible for contacting homeowners, introducing our energy-saving solutions, generating qualified leads, booking appointments, and converting enquiries into sales. You will be promoting Air Source Heat Pumps under the Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS) and Solar PV & Battery Storage installations.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective homeowners .
- Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve sales performance and customer satisfaction
- Introduce and explain the benefits of Air Source Heat Pumps available through the Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS).
- Promote Solar PV and Battery Storage systems and explain their financial and environmental benefits.
- Identify customers' needs and recommend suitable renewable energy solutions.
- Generate qualified leads and book appointments for the technical survey team where required.
- Convert enquiries into sales while delivering excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate customer records using the company's CRM system.
- Follow up with prospective customers to nurture leads and maximise sales opportunities.
- Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance targets.
Requirements
- Previous experience in outbound telesales, lead generation, customer service, or sales is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- A confident, friendly, and professional telephone manner.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a desire to achieve targets.
- Good computer skills and the ability to learn CRM software.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- An interest in renewable energy and helping customers reduce their energy bills.
