What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience as a Barback, Bar Runner or in a busy hospitality environment would be beneficial, but isn’t essential
- A positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in
- Plenty of energy and the ability to work at pace during busy services
- Confidence keeping the bar stocked with glassware, ice, garnishes, spirits and other supplies
- Strong attention to cleanliness, organisation and back-bar standards
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
- Clear communication and the ability to work closely with the bartenders and wider team
- A calm and organised approach, even when the bar is busy
- An interest in learning more about cocktails, spirits and progressing behind the bar
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and late finishes
This role would suit someone who is wanting to learn more about the bar, proud of great service and wants to be part of an exciting new opening in London.
