As a Waiter or Waitress at London Bridge Hotel, you will:
- Be well presented and possess a warm and approachable manner
- Welcome guests on their arrival and make an impression
- Follow a logical order of service and understand the requirements of the shift so that guest is served quickly and efficiently
- Ensure all customer requests are responded to promptly and effectively
- To promote a helpful image to clients and give full co-operation to any customer requiring any assistance without a prompt, caring and helpful attitude and to anticipate customers’ needs whenever possible enhancing quality service and in turn enhance client satisfaction
- To give full co-operation to any colleagues requiring assistance in a friendly and helpful manner
