The Details
- Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (with flexibility to meet business needs)

What You'll Do
As our HR Manager, you'll lead the Human Resources function, providing both strategic and day-to-day HR support across the business.
- Lead all aspects of the HR function, ensuring compliance with company policies, employment legislation and HR best practice.

Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development.

Manage employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance issues, ensuring they are handled fairly and consistently.

Develop and implement people strategies that support business growth, employee engagement and talent retention.

Provide professional HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on a wide range of people matters.

Support workforce planning, succession planning and employee development across the business.

Promote employee wellbeing and a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives.

Maintain accurate HR records, support payroll administration and produce HR reports to support business decisions.

Lead performance review processes and identify training and development opportunities.

Ensure HR systems and processes are efficient, confidential and compliant with GDPR and Health & Safety requirements.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Previous experience in a standalone or senior HR role.

Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.

Excellent communication, coaching and interpersonal skills.

Experience managing employee relations cases confidently and professionally.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

High levels of discretion, integrity and confidentiality.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
Desirable:
- CIPD Level 5 qualification (or working towards).

Experience within hospitality, leisure, tourism or a multi-site business.

Experience implementing HR initiatives that improve engagement and retention.
